CAMP HOURS

We’ve got you covered! Full and half-day options are available, along with extended before or after camp care for working parents.

  • Half Day: 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Full Day: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Extended Care: 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. / 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Lunch Bunch is offered every day for those parents who would like their campers to stay an extra hour after the regular half-day camp has ended. Those participating in Lunch Bunch may either bring their own lunch or place an order. Registration for Lunch Bunch may be made daily.

FUN THEMES

Theme weeks drive the weekly curriculum components. Activities are geared towards learning in a creative and nurturing environment.

WEEKLY THEME AND HIGHLIGHTS

June 5th to 9th

BEACH BASH Help celebrate the arrival of our favorite season -- summer! Prepare for the sunny days ahead by designing sun visors, splashing around with water games, and at the end of the week help welcome summer into full swing with a Rock 'n' Roll Beach party!

June 12th to 16th

LET'S GO CAMPING This week will include setting up our own pretend campsite, pitching tents, campfire stories, and snacks!

June 19th to 23rd

ADVENTURES IN SPACE Children will be astronauts and astronomers this week! We will be learning about other planets, constellations, the life of an astronaut, and using our imaginations to travel into space!

June 26th to June 30th

EVERY DAY'S A HOLIDAY This week we will celebrate a national holiday every day! Get ready to experience Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter all in one week. The week will end with a fun 4th of July celebration!

July 3rd to 7th

SUPERHERO ACADEMY Faster than a speeding airplane! More powerful than a locomotive! Campers will channel their super powers in this action-packed week of fun. Campers create capes and masks and dress as their favorite hero to reveal their own inner super powers.

July 10th to 14th

H2-WOW Join us for a week of water fun! Campers should arrive in swimsuits and bring towels daily.

July 17th to 21st

COMMOTION IN THE OCEAN Come "sea" what the comm-ocean is all about! Pee Wee Camp dives to 20,000 leagues this week to submerge in the world of the deep blue with its sharks, whales, and dolphins.

July 24th to 28th

MUSIC MAKERS Stomp your feet and move to the beat! This week campers will be movin' and groovin' to the music, singing songs, creating musical instruments, and putting on a performance for their parents!

July 31st to August 4th

LITTLE CHEFS This week children will be putting on their aprons and cooking up some of their favorite foods. They will aslo become more aware of the importance of choosing healthy snacks on a daily bases and will be creating their own healthy recipe book!

August 7th to 11th

ALL-STARS Our campers will try out tons of different sports from all over the world and compete for fun prizes! From baseball to badminton, hockey to cricket, this week will be a lot of sports fun.

August 14th to 18th

ALOHA TO SUMMER Say goodbye to new friends and make lots of crazy, special moments to last us until next summer as we try an assortment of new activities. You'll have to join us to see what crazy adventures we come up with for the last week of summer!

August 21st to 25th

LITTLE ARTISTS From finger paints to working with clay, this last week of camp will focus on the artistic side of life! Each day will be a combination of different art projects, along with plenty of fun activities.

JOIN OUR MOST POPULAR CAMP! Each day is full of adventure, excitement and fun! Children are grouped by age and ability. Our excellent counselors and staff emphasize cooperation, friendship and leadership while engaging campers with a diverse curriculum of fun, age-appropriate sports and recreational activities each day.

AGE GROUPS

Campers will be divided into 3 different groups based on their age. Each age group will have a separate schedule of activities throughout the week.
Rookies (6 & 7) • Juniors (8–10) • Seniors (11 & 12)

WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Moon Bounce Mondays
  • Mini Golf Tuesdays at Boulder Falls
  • Swimming at Marsh Creek pool every other Thursday*(rain date Friday) *Marsh Creek trips require an additional $17/per week. (Alternative activities are offered for those not going on trip).
  • Weekly Pottery at the Pottery Place
  • Other fun theme days and activities throughout the summer!

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING

Boys and Girls ages 13 to 15

The purpose of the Counselor In Training Program (C.I.T.) is to provide leadership training for youth who love working with children in a camp environment and who are interested in future camp counseling. The program will provide C.I.T.'s with hands-on experience working with young campers and the opportunity to cultivate their skills and knowledge in the day camp setting. These are life skills/experiences that help develop the whole person and will help youth to realize their potential.

  • C.I.T.'s must be available to attend all trainings and be available to volunteer at least a minimum of 2 weeks
  • The program fees help to cover their uniform and training materials.
  • The application must be filled out completely and returned to United Sports no later than May 1st, 2017.
  • Applicants will receive a call for an interview once the entire packet has been completed and submitted. Please note not everyone that is interviewed for the program will be accepted.

C.I.T. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide meaningful assistance while they are at camp.
  • Are well-groomed.
  • Act in line with United Sports ethics, values, and standards.
